Davari Engineering S.r.l. Â was born from the transformation of the Davari Cad Project company, founded in 1991, thanks to the infinite passion of the founder, Eng. Davari for mechanical design applied to food production lines. Following collaboration with major brands and rapid growth, in 1998 the company transformed into Davari Engineering S.r.l. Â with a large operational headquarters and production plant in the province of Cremona. The Company's mission is the design, engineering and construction of processes & systems in the food sector. Davari Engineering S.r.l. with consolidated experience, thanks to its internal organization and collaboration with a team of specialists, it is able to face the continuous challenges in the sector. TESTING ROOM
This indispensable tool allows us to carry out all the tests necessary to constantly improve both the production processes and the performance of the machines we produce. In our test room, we are able to carry out free demonstration tests in your presence on the machines we produce, allowing you to verify the result and performance of our equipment in advance, and to be able to evaluate the performance of the proposed systems with real data , trying to simulate the real conditions of use of the machine similar to the real conditions of industrial production.
DESIGN
The design department and technical office, in collaboration with engineers and designers, directed by our engineer. Davari, equipped with modern C.A.D. design platforms. and 3D solid modelers and software for calculating mechanical stresses allow us to assemble the machines and see them in operation with virtual reality techniques before their production. Allowing us to always be at the forefront in the design and construction of production lines.
The internal production department plays great importance in the production cycle of Davari Engineering S.r.l. which is able to guarantee the production of its own designed equipment with reduced times and greater flexibility. Davari Engineering S.r.l. It relies on the experience of its specialized staff, as well as the collaboration of various external suppliers who operate with our quality standards, with very high ability to quickly meet the production needs of the moment. The assembly and testing department with a large area reserved for setting up the machines is the value that guarantees a prompt response in the development of new projects, and allows us to carry out detailed tests and checks in our factory before the delivery of the machinery.
PRODUCTION
QUALITY CHECK
The Quality Control Department supervises each production phase so that all the specifications required during the plant design phase are observed, in compliance with internal ISO quality control procedures. In particular, every single part of each machine is subjected to strict quality controls before being declared compliant and being able to be stored in the warehouse for subsequent use. Every single piece is coded and marked to guarantee its traceability, production history and the batch it belongs to, this to guarantee its compatibility with the machines in operation. This allows us to keep any spare parts needed for maintenance work on the machines available to the customer.
ASSEMBLY & TESTING
Il reparto di montaggio e collaudo Impianti è composto da un salone appositamente allestito con un’ampia superficie ed un’altezza di 8 ml, che ci permette di assemblare e collaudare c/o ns. stabilimento, con un costante controllo da parte dei ns. ingegneri, progettisti e tecnici tutte le apparecchiature e macchinari di ns. produzione.
SHIPPING WAREHOUSE
A large, well-stocked warehouse with a fully codified storage and retrieval system allows us to satisfy our customers' spare parts requests in the shortest possible time.
